How do I import these presets to lightroom?

step 1: purchase SD Preset pack 2022
step 2: follow the prompts to download the zip file of presets
step 3: once presets are downloaded, open Lightroom on your computer
step 4: once in Lightroom go to your top left screen corner (Mac) and click: file-> import develop profiles and presets -> go to your downloads -> select the SD Preset zip file or all presets within zip file and press import. This will seamlessly integrate your presets into Lightroom Classic.

Do I need lightroom to use these presets?

Yes.

How do I use the contact sheet template?

Open the contact sheet template in Photoshop and from there drag and place photos as you please in the frames. Make sure the Contact Sheet Layer is the top layer.
